Arts for Change integrates Expressive Arts Therapy and meditation practice to facilitate self-understanding, cultivate inner peace and ignite our potentials at different stages of our development.
Expressive Arts Therapy combines the use of different art modalities to facilitate the integration of our conscious and unconscious psyche, and it serves as an outlet for creative expression. Meditation practice brings us back to the present moment, and it reconnects our body and mind. Thoughts and feelings acknowledged during the meditation practice can be explored through the creative process.
